‘It’s great that he’s here.’ After two sold-out shows at the Tonhalle, Swiss singer and songwriter Faber (Julian Pollina) is coming to the Tollwood Musik-Arena for the first time on 18 July. His songs are sometimes provocative, sometimes melancholic, sometimes romantic and, above all, full of passion for music. The charming artist playfully takes on new roles again and again. In doing so, he demonstrates his musical versatility on stage. Faber transcends linguistic boundaries and also sings in Swiss German and Italian in his lyrics. Trombones, violins and guitars accompany his powerful voice. Electronic elements, choirs and oriental melodies lend his latest album ‘Addio’ its individual sound.
