Value benches for children

Designing democracy creatively

Writing, gluing, designing – children use various techniques to bring their ideas to life on the bench. In this way, simple benches become works of art and “value benches”, colorful statements for our democracy. Together, we show that we are defending our values and that even the youngest children are standing up for a better world.

From Wednesday to Friday, benches in the children’s tent will be brought to life.

“We need You!” – become active and courageously stand up for an open society, community and peace. Especially now, when right-wing movements are becoming louder, it is time to stand together and be visible. At the Tollwood Winter Festival, everyone will be designing benches with our shared values to match the festival motto. A strong sign for democracy.
