Deadline

What was once intended as a gag at a farewell party has now become a good tradition. The band Deadline is made up of editors from the Süddeutsche Zeitung – from the head of the arts section to the police reporter to the foreign affairs expert. Their repertoire includes covers of pop, soul and rock’n’roll, from the 70s to today. One thing is for sure – the appearance of the editorial band at the Tollwood is cult and the good mood here is program.

At their charity concert in the Hexenkessel, they collect donations for the “SZ Advent Calendar” to support those in need (whether due to illness, age, disability, unemployment or an unexpected stroke of fate) in Munich and the surrounding area.
