A man like a steam engine. And a band like from a Tarantino movie. The whole performance: a force of nature. Somewhere between Vaudeville and Titty Twister. A bit sleazy and pretty weird! The huge Dr. Will with his shaman voice is one of the greatest bluesers and entertainers in Europe. With top hat and feather decoration he is also the craziest colorful bird of the scene. And a great composer and lyricist. After his last album “Cuffs Off” was awarded the German Record Critics’ Prize, Dr. Will is now on tour with his massive new album “Addicted To Trouble”. You can hear Dr. Will’s very own magic water from a full dose of New Orleans Blues, a portion of roots with a heaped tablespoon of rock and a giant excavator shovel full of humor. You can see a cracking Voodoo groove show with the Voodoo doctor himself as frontman on the stand-up drums. He is supported by the Wizards, a hellishly good band between double bass madness, banjo ecstasy and divine guitar sounds. And of course all audience patients are healed and the evil spirits are chased straight to the devil.
