Small but nice

Mercato – this is the somewhat smaller of the two tents on the “Market of Ideas” with handicrafts from all over the world – the majority in fair trade quality.

Every year, young artisans are given the opportunity to present their goods for a few days on discounted market stalls. For a greater variety of goods, Tollwood also offers some artisans the opportunity to quarter their stalls in the Mercato on a weekly basis. This gives a chance to those who do not have time for the whole market period.
