Support for young talents on their way to self-employment

Handcrafts is the niche between visual arts and design. This traditional handcraft sectors demands a lot of talent: good ideas, artistic and technical skills and precision. In order to make a living of their work, young artisans also need a sense for management.

To make the leap into self-employment easier, Tollwood has been supporting around ten creative company founders every year since 2007 with discounted stands where they can present their goods for a few days at the ‘Market of Ideas’.
