Everything Organic? Of Course!
Culinary Delights with Good Conscience
Tollwood Festival takes you on a journey around the word. From the Indian Thali, to aromatic Tajines, to Bavarian Käsespätzle. The festival is known for the international delicacies of its 50 restaurateurs.
Since 2003, in summer and winter, the festival’s gastronomy is certified organic according the guidelines of the EC-eco-regulation. Therefore, the visitors get delicacies from about 20 nations, almost 100 per cent organic. A treat for humans, animals and the environment because they all profit of organic farming.
By the way: Tollwood’s organic gastronomy saves 116 tons of CO² per year. This is the result of a study by the consulting office EnährungsÖkologie.
