Information for restaurateurs

Tollwood Ltd. organises a cultural festival in Munich twice a year. Besides the various cultural events, the international artisan market is a core part of the festival. The Summer Festival takes place over a period of about 25 days in June/July. In winter it starts right before the first sunday of Advent. The christmas market last up to 23rd December, cultural events take place until New Years Eve. Each year up to 1.5 million visitors come to Tollwood Festival.

We are especially interested in restaurateurs with unique ideas, individually designed stalls and theme eatery. In order to run a gastronomy booth at our festival the business has to be certified organic (possible to obtain via Tollwood collectively) and has to use certified organic viands as well as fair trade products (bananas, sugar, coffee, tea, cacao, rice and wine).

  • idea
  • concept, presentation, philisophy
  • references, experience
  • List of products you want to sell incl. prices
  • pictures or sketch of your booth / design
  • size of the pictured booth
  • technical data

Application period:
Summer festival: from September of the previous year to February 1
Winter festival: from March to August 1
